As an older, first time visitor to any sort of beauty clinic I was extremely nervous, however Katie and Jo were both so professional, lovely and friendly, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome and immediately put me at ease. Katie’s knowledge of skincare and laser treatments is exceptional and while prepping me for treatment she sensed my nervousness so was calm and gentle and took the time to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable.
